Do you have what it takes to taste the world's best tiramisu?
Italy has opened a call for volunteers from all over the world to judge the world's best tiramisu.
Anyone from around the world, aged 18 or older, can land one of 100 spots to be part of the jury of the World Tiramisu Cup.
Held between 10-12 October in Treviso, the competition is open to non-professional cooks only.
The volunteer judges will only be part of the first of three rounds. The fastest and highest-scoring applicants will be chosen by answering 15 questions on the World Tiramisu Cup website on 13 September (Italian time).
The judges will not only have to sample up to 10 varieties of the Italian dessert in a two-hour session (that includes preparation of tiramisu) but also check the ingredients and competition equipment and ensure the contestants are where they should be.
There are two categories to be judged; original – with the traditional ingredients - and creative, which gives competitors a chance to add three additional ingredients and swap ladyfingers and sugar.
But you'll have to fork out your own money for any travel and accommodation costs - and you won't be paid.
The semifinals and finals will be judged by professionals.
