Chappell Roan leads the lineup for Auckland Laneway Festival
The main acts have been announced for the day-long event at Auckland's Western Springs, but this time you will need to book leave.
Chappell Roan has been announced at the top of the bill for Laneway Festival 2026.
It will be the synth-pop superstar's first visit to New Zealand, with promoters promising a "90-minute spectacular".
The lineup also includes a Laneway return by Wolf Alice as well as sets by Role Model, PinkPantheress and Swedish rap collaborators Yung Lean & Bladee.

Folk-psych favourites Mt. Joy and dancefloor starter The Dare are named alongside local favourite, Benee, it was announced on Thursday morning.
The event will be held at Western Springs in Auckland on Thursday, 5 February, restricted to those aged over-18 for the second year.
Laneway has historically been held on an Auckland long weekend. Next year's Tāmaki Makaurau show is set for the day before Waitangi Day.
After the Auckland event, the festival will head to the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
The 2025 Laneway Festival had to make a late call to cancel entry to under-18s, despite already selling tickets to thousands of punters aged 16 and 17.
An application to admit younger patrons was rejected by the Auckland District Licensing Committee, organisers revealed in December 2024.

Despite restrictions, the February 2025 festival saw a 30,000-strong crowd whipped into a frenzy by UK pop sensation Charli XCX. Other stages were stacked with 18 acts including Clairo, Beabadoobee, Barry Can't Swim, Bicep and Remi Wolf.
The Auckland festival returned in 2024 after the Auckland Anniversary floods forced a cancellation in 2023.
