This week is Part 2 of our 'Best of 2023' Mixtapes. Over the next hour we are going to hear music picks and conservation from comedian Guy Montgomery, Fashion Designer Kate Sylvester, Children's author and illustrator Gavin Bishop, writer Pip Adam, producer Anonymouz and composer Eve De Castro Robinson.

As Music 101 begins to wrap up the year, we celebrating some of our favourite Mixtapes of 2023.

Our guest curating their mixtape for the next hour is Fiona McDonald. She has been singing her whole life, but is best known for her work with Strawpeople and Headless Chickens.

Suzy Cato is well known as the host of Suzys World and You and Me. She has continued bringing songs, words and wisdom to children all over the world since.

Our guest on the Mixtape today is director of the highly anticipated Wellington Jazz Festival which runs in Wellington from the 25th -29th October. Festival director Marnie Karmelita is curating the hour and features some of the artists playing the festival.
